All shipping is tracked and packages are usually collected the same day or following.
Due to current delays with postage services, please allow a minimum of 5 days for your
package to arrive.

If you purchase the Alternative Hanging Options with the same swing order we simply pop it in the same box free of charge.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Here, at TINY Tamariki we have tried really hard to get it right - but sometimes there are small factors beyond our control. We want you to be 100% happy with our product and love it as much as we do. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your TINY Tamariki swing, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase if our product is at fault. We can offer you a replacement swing or a full refund for the original payment method.
Returned items must be in original packaging and have no visible signs of misuse or unreasonable wear and tear.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
